Summary

trkcode), we may store a first-party visitor identifier in a cookie on so we can measure our own marketing—not to profile you across other companies’ sites. - Meta integrations (admin only). If a customer connects Facebook or Instagram through our services, we receive and store OAuth tokens and related account identifiers as described below.
How we use information
We use information to run the site, reply to inquiries, provide services you request, measure our own campaigns, comply with law, and protect our systems. We do not use your data for third-party ads.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, or similar Meta product to our services (for example through Facebook Login or OAuth), we may receive and store information that Meta shares with us as part of that connection. That can include identifiers for your Meta account, the Page or Instagram professional account you connect, and technical data needed to keep the connection working.
OAuth tokens. We store access tokens (and refresh tokens when Meta provides them) that let our systems act on your behalf with Meta’s APIs. Those tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest in our systems) and are used only to perform actions you authorize—specifically to manage your own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you have connected, not to access other users’ unrelated Meta data.
Use of Meta-related data. We use this data solely to operate the features you asked for (such as publishing or analytics tied to your connected Page or Instagram account). We do not sell Meta-derived data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Deletion. You may request deletion of data we hold that came from Meta (including connection details and stored tokens). See our user data deletion instructions for how to submit a request; we aim to respond and complete appropriate deletion within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal or security reasons (in which case we will explain that in our reply).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
