Information we collect
When you use our website or contact us, we may collect the information you provide (such as name and email address in contact forms). We use this to respond to you and to improve our services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only for the purposes you’d expect: answering inquiries, providing services, and complying with the law where required.
Cookies and tracking
We use only what’s necessary to run the site (for example, session and security). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, or similar Meta product to our services (for example through Facebook Login or OAuth), we may receive and store information that Meta shares with us as part of that connection. That can include identifiers for your Meta account, the Page or Instagram professional account you connect, and technical data needed to keep the connection working.
OAuth tokens. We store access tokens (and refresh tokens when Meta provides them) that let our systems act on your behalf with Meta’s APIs. Those tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest in our systems) and are used only to perform actions you authorize—specifically to manage your own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you have connected, not to access other users’ unrelated Meta data.
Use of Meta-related data. We use this data solely to operate the features you asked for (such as publishing or analytics tied to your connected Page or Instagram account). We do not sell Meta-derived data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Deletion. You may request deletion of data we hold that came from Meta (including connection details and stored tokens). See our user data deletion instructions for how to submit a request; we aim to respond and complete appropriate deletion within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal or security reasons (in which case we will explain that in our reply).
Privacy contact. For privacy requests related to Meta data, OAuth, or this policy, email privacy@seedlingsystemsllc.com. For general site questions you may also use our contact form.
